Tribute to Emile Zola

EMILE ZOLA’s death was NOT accidental; he was MURDERED !!!

EMILE ZOLA’s death was NOT accidental; he was MURDERED !!! (1840-1902)

I am a bit in shock and am viewing a late night documentary on the 3d chain of French TV on Emile Zola.
(L’ombre d’un doute)

His accidental death seems to be a murder, plotted by the army and the ruling class because of the defense of Zola of the Jews and Dreyfus. His famous letter J’ACCUSE was the last straw.

The murder plot was simple: 
 blocking the chimney, so the couple got asphyxiated. He died because he was on the floor, his wife survived.
One of the murderers confessed (with connections to the ultra right organization The Ligue of Patriots) to a friend and this friend confessed only after that guy died. Since 1953 a journalist of the newspaper Liberation (Jean Bedel) has been investigating this, which results now in 2012 in a documentary that makes me cry and cry again!
